To specify Simulator general settings:

You can also specify all Simulator settings with the Simulator Settings wizard.

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. Choose Settings (Assignments menu).  Shortcut

3. In the Category list, select General under Simulator Settings.

4. To specify an existing Simulator settings name, select a Simulator settings name in the Current Simulator settings list.

5. To save a new group of Simulator settings:

1. Click the Save As button.

2. In the Save Simulator Settings As dialog box, type a name in the Settings name box for the collection of settings.

3. Click OK.

6. In the Simulation focus list, select the design entity you wish to simulate.

7. Click OK.
