To copy and paste memory cells:
If you have not already done so, open or create a Memory Initialization File (.mif) or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex).
Select the cell(s) to copy.
Choose Copy (Edit menu). Shortcut
Select the cell(s) that you want to overwrite.
Choose Paste (Edit menu). Shortcut More Details
