Memory Editor

More Details About Cutting Cells

When you cut cells with the Cut command (Edit menu), a copy of the highlighted cells is placed on the Clipboard. All memory words after the cut point move left. The number of words in the Memory Initialization File (.mif) or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex) remains the same, and cells with the value of 0 (zero) are appended to the end of the Memory Editor grid. The number of cells appended is the same as the number of cells cut.
