Specifying the Cells Per Row



To specify the cells per row in a memory file:

  1. If you have not already done so, open or create a Memory Initialization File (.mif) or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex).

    or

    Open the embedded memory at a simulation breakpoint.

  2. To specify the number of cells to display in a row, choose Cells Per Row > 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 (View menu).

    or

    To automatically fit the most number of cells into the Memory Editor window, choose Cells Per Row > AutoFit (View menu).  Shortcut
