The Create/Update > Create JAM, SVF, or ISC File command (File menu) is available when you select JTAG mode or In-Socket Programming mode in the Programmer window. The Create/Update > Create JAM, SVF, or ISC File command is not available if there are no devices in the Programmer window, or if the device chain contains either an unknown device, multiple instances of the same device name, or one or more unsaved Programmer Object Files (.pof).

Generates a Jam^™ File (.jam), Jam Byte-Code File (.jbc), Serial Vector Format File (.svf), or In System Configuration File (.isc) for programming or configuring multiple ISP-compatible devices in a JTAG chain, or for programming a single ISP-compatible device in In-Socket Programming mode.
